Tengyu Successfully Represented Vinda Paper (China) Co., LTD in the civil lawsuit for Trademark infringement

In the end, the court judged that the owner of the infringing trademark saled the toilet paper involved constituted an infringement of the exclusive right of Vinda Company's two trademarks involved without the authorization of Vinda Company, and should bear the legal responsibility to stop the infringement and compensate for the loss.
